Hardwares

Hardware’s play a vital Role in a window. If the right hardware is not used then over a period of time the window will not open smoothly, water might come inside, handles might be broken.

The hardware’s used by us are of High Quality and ensure a smooth window over a period of time. All our hardware’s are especially designed by the using the highest standard by using material like Brass, Zamak, Stainless Steel 304.

The options for Hardware’s that can be used in different types of doors and windows are mentioned below

SLIDING Window & Door Hardware: The hardware’s used in Sliding Doors & windows are

  1. Touch Lock: These are handles which lock the sliding windows on pushing the slider
  2. Pop Up handle: This handle is used for Sliding Windows / Doors. The handle gets flushed in the sliding sash. The handle is used along with a Transmission gear / Espagonellete
  3. Sliding Handle: This handle is used for Sliding or Inward open Windows or out opening Doors.  The width of the handle is 27 mm. The handle is used along with a Transmission gear / Espagonellete
  4. Sliding Handle with Lock: This handle is used for Sliding or Inward open Windows or out opening Doors.  It has a lock & key built in the handle.
  5. D Type Handle
  6. Single Roller : The roller is made of Steel using needle bearing in the roller to ensure smooth functioning.
  7. Double Roller: The roller is made from Zinc Alloy & copper using bearing in the roller to ensure smooth functioning & to take heavy loads
  8. Door Roller: These are Heavy Duty Door Rollers made from Copper and uses Heavy Ball bearing in the center the same ensures a very smooth sliding in the windows and doors and also can take heavy loads of Double Glass
  9. Sliding Gear: This is used in Sliding Windows & Doors. When the handle is locked the window is locked at 2 – 3points depending on the height of the window. This makes the window much more secure & safe. Also this system ensures that the windows do not bend at top & bottom.

Open able Door & Window: The following hardware’s are used in Openable Doors & windows

  1. Single Point Lock Handle: This handle is used for Out Open Casement Window. This handle does not require a Transmission gear / Espagonellete.
  2. Open able Handle: This handle is used for Out Open Casement Window. The width of the handle is 17 mm and the handle is used along with a Transmission gear / Espagonellete
  3. Open able Handle with Lock: This handle is used for Out Open Casement Window. It has a lock & key built in the handle. The width of the handle is 17 mm and the handle is used along with a Transmission gear / Espagonellete
  4. Single Side Door Handle: This handle is used for Out Openable Casement Door. The width of the handle is 27 mm and the handle is used along with a Transmission gear / Espagonellete
  5. Single Side Door with Lock: This handle is used for Out Openable Casement Door. It has a lock & key built in the handle. The width of the handle is 27 mm and the handle is used along with a Transmission gear / Espagonellete
  6. Both Side Door Handle with cylinder: This handle is used for Out Open door. The hands are on both the sides of the door. This is used in conjunction with Door transmission gear. There is a provision to use a cylinder in the above handle.
  7. Both Side Door Handle: This handle is used for Out Open door. This is used in conjunction with Door transmission gear.
  8. Friction Hinges: These are used in Out Open Window friction hinges are concealed inside the windows & are not visible. These allow the window to be opened at various angles.The Friction hinges are made high quality Stainless Steel SS 304.The thickness of the friction hinge is 2 & 2.5 mm with height 16 mm & backset 18 mm
  9. 75 mm Window Hinge: These window hinges are used to open the window completely.
  10. 100 mm Door Hinge: These window hinges are used to open the window completely.
  11. Door Hinges: This is used in Out Open Window & Door. This can be used in windows when Double glass is used. This window hinge can take heavy loads as they are screwed to the frame
  12. 3D Hinges This is a heavy duty hinge for door. It can be adjusted in 3 ways after being fixed to the door. This hinge can take heavy loads & ensure ease of movement
  13. 2D Hinges: This is a hinge for door. It can be adjusted in 2 ways after being fixed to the door.
  14. Single plate gear: This is used in Out Open Window. And locks the window at 2 – 3 points depending on the height of the window. This makes the window much more secure & safe. This system ensures that the windows do not bend at top & bottom.
  15. Multi Point Door Gear: This is used in Out Open Door and locks the window at 2 – 3 points depending on the height of the window. This makes the window much more secure & safe. This system ensures that the windows do not bend at top & bottom.
  16. Multi Point Gear with Mortice Lock: This is used in the Out Open Door. The Door is locked at 5 points therefore making it highly safe & secure. This door gear uses a Cylinder for additional safety
  17. Cylinder both side key: The Cylinder is made of Complete Brass and is 80mm long
  18. Double sash door bolt: This is used to lock a False Door / Window to the frame in a French Door/ Window
